eFolder Buttons

Features

Make use of the Retrieve, Request and send eConsent buttons from Triggers!

Setup

1. In Encompass select the SharkeyByte Logo, then Plugin Management
2. In the Plugin Management form, turn on eFolder Buttons. \

Usage

1. Once enabled set the field [CX.SB.EFOLDER.RETRIEVE] to either 'all' or the names of the documents you want retrieved separated by comma.
2. Once enabled set the field [CX.SB.EFOLDER.REQUEST] to either 'all' or the names of the documents you want Requested separated by comma.
3. Once enabled set the field [CX.SB.EFOLDER.ECONSENT] to 'X' to request eConsent.
